How much does it cost per month to get ChatGPT to recommend my business?

Whether you can pay to show up in ChatGPT's answers, where the cost of getting recommended goes, what it costs to do it yourself, with Peaje for free or with the Pro agent, and how to compare other options.

ChatGPT's answers are not for sale, so there is no fee to show up in them. What costs is the work of making your site readable, having the pages AI cites and measuring whether it works. That work can cost you US$0 and your time if you do it yourself, with Peaje's free radar and kit, or US$30 a month with Peaje's Pro agent, which measures 20 questions every week and writes your pages.

Updated: November 2026

US$30 is the founder price for the first 50 businesses that subscribe, and after that Pro costs US$69 a month, according to the pricing page.

Can I pay to show up in ChatGPT?

You cannot pay to show up in the answers. OpenAI started testing ads in ChatGPT in February 2026, in the United States and on the Free and Go plans, and it says the ads are labeled as sponsored, kept separate from the answer and do not influence what ChatGPT replies (TechCrunch). An ad can put you next to the answer, but whether the answer recommends you depends on what ChatGPT finds and understands about your business.

Where does the cost go?

It goes into four jobs, which you can do yourself or hand off:

JobIf you do it yourselfWith Peaje for freeWith Peaje Pro
Knowing what fails on your siteChecking robots.txt, structured data and bots by handThe radar, in under a minuteThe same, plus your agent telling you what to do first
Making your site readable for AIWriting llms.txt, JSON-LD and the restThe kit generates it and you install it with your AI tool or a commandThe same
Writing the pages AI citesResearching what your customers ask and writing each pageNot included40 pages a month, written with your site's data
Measuring whether they cite youAsking ChatGPT and Claude every week and writing down the sourcesA snapshot with up to 3 questions on the radar20 questions every week, and each page measured again at 2 and 6 weeks

The job that takes the most time is content, and the one people drop most often is measuring, because it has to be repeated: the same question can get a different answer the next day.

What does it cost to do it myself?

In money it costs nothing: Peaje's radar and kit are free, with no card, and measuring by hand only takes an account on each assistant. The cost is your time every week, and the hardest part to keep up is asking the same questions every time and writing down who gets cited instead of you.

What if I hire an agency or another tool?

Prices vary a lot and change often, so we do not list them. To compare, ask three things: whether the tool measures or also fixes, which assistants it measures and how many questions it tracks for that price. We go into more detail in which GEO tools fix your site instead of just measuring it.

How long until it shows?

Nobody can promise you a date, because it depends on when each assistant's bots read your site again and on how much other sites cite you. That is why Peaje's agent measures each page again 2 and 6 weeks after it goes live, so you know whether what you changed worked.

What if I pay for Pro and it does not work for me?

If it is your first payment and you ask within 7 days, we refund it in full. You can cancel whenever you want from your dashboard, and you keep your diagnosis and the pages and fixes your agent already delivered. The kit, the daily monitor and its tasks stay free (what the free plan includes).
